리눅스 쉘의 시작시 환경을 세팅하는 bashrc는 "Bourne Again SHell Resource Configuration"의 약자이다.
리눅스에서 터미널을 실행하면, 기본쉘이 동작하는데 어떤 쉘이 사용되는지는 다음과 같이 알 수 있다.

대부분 bash가 사용되고 있을 것이다. 리눅스에서는 bash 실행시 Home디렉토리에 숨김파일로 bashrc파일을 읽어 환경설정을 하게 된다. 그런데, CFD-DEM을 설치하는 과정에서 bashrc파일에 아래와 같은 내용이 추가되었다.
